The Alzheimer's Music Project helps those with dementia reconnect to their long-term memory via an mp3 player and a playlist tailored with their cherished songs. We depend on individual contributions to continue our project, free-of-charge.

Can Dream Foundation
Our passion is to provide educational outreach to students about Alzheimer’s disease (AD), specifically in the African American community, in hopes to ignite interest in finding solutions to reduce the burden of Alzheimer’s on society.
Caregiver Volunteers of Central Jersey – A Faith in Action Program
Through our "Tail Wagging Joy" program, we bring dogs to Alzheimer's and dementia patients' homes for therapeutic visits. We also provide medical transport from home to medical appointments.
Caringplace of the Shoals (Westminsters Interfaith Caring Place)
Caringplace is a non-profit adult day care, the only center in the shoals of NW Alabama. We serve adults with Alzheimer’s and other dementia. Our staff are certified in Montessori-based Dementia Programming.
Every 65 seconds someone in the U.S. develops dementia. Our workshops with horses benefit people living with early-stage dementia and their care partners. They experience therapeutic non-riding activities together.
Good Shepherd Interfaith Volunteer Caregivers
Serving seniors and those with disabilities of all ages to help them remain living independently. Free services: transportation, medical equipment lending, dementia education & support, medical equipment lending, home repairs, and handicap modifications.
InVisible Signs Inc
We focus on the awareness and support of Alzheimer's & mental illness. It is our fight to educate our communities because all diseases are InVisible until they are uncovered. We provide caregiver workshops, seminars, CPR Trainings, and referral services.
Jiminy Wicket Foundation Inc
We play croquet with people who are living with Alzheimer’s disease. We train and equip high-school and college students to do the same, creating outings, every two weeks, for the residents of a local senior community.
Memory Matters (Alzheimer's of Glynn Brunswick)
We provide support groups for individuals with memory issues, their caregivers, & families. We also offer many social programs, including Art Classes, Coloring and Puzzle Club, Game Days, Walking Club, Gardening and Enrichment Parties with music & games.
New England Cognitive Center
We develop brain training programs for older adults with Alzheimer's disease and dementia at varying levels of severity. These innovative programs stimulate the major areas of the brain to promote brain health, independence and quality of life.
Pets On Wheels
Help us lick loneliness. Our no cost therapy pets bring comfort and affection to isolated seniors, shelter residents, nursing homes and people with learning disabilities. Your gift helps create a smile and improve the lives of these deserving individuals.

The Dementia Expense and Nursing Assistance Foundation
Offers grants to help middle class families with the overwhelming costs of care-giving services for a loved one living with Alzheimer’s Disease or other dementia.
The Tender provides social day care to persons with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia at our facility in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey.
